Thank you for your interest in The Share My Grief Project - below is a small questionnaire to help us match you with another person who is walking the same path as you.

If there are any questions or answers that you feel uncomfortable with, simply skip the question box. However, the more detail you give, the easier it will be to match you up with a similar person who has also experienced loss.

Although we will try and match you to your preferences as closely as possible, it might not always be entirely possible. Should this be the case, you will be contacted before a pairing is arranged.
